The Mansfield Road Phase 1 project was voted on and approved by City Council March 13, 2017. Contract documents are currently being completed and reviewed with a notice to proceed expected on April 10, 2017. Work on the project will begin the week of April 10, 2017 and substantial completion is scheduled for August 11, 2017 with final completion on September 1, 2017. Phase 1 has project limits of 14th Street to 22nd Street while Phase 2, which is under design, will begin at 9th Street and continue to 14th Street. Phase 2 of the Mansfield Road improvements will be built in the 2018 construction season.
