Project Scope:
   FY17 City Residential/Commercial Shared-Cost Sidewalk Replacement Program. The City pays for part of the residents or commercial sidewalks. 

Project Funding:
   CIP Sales Tax

Project Funding Amount: $150,000.00

Update:
   The 2017 funds have all been appropriated. As in past years, there will be owners who do not follow through with the work, so there will be some funds available later in the fiscal year. I have a list of over 25 homeowners who want to get on the 2018 funding. We can start distributing these funds July 1, 2017. There are several large projects coming from the 2017 funds. Both City Hall and Convention Visitors Bureau are having sidewalk replaced which took up over $40,000. Twelve Oaks have finished their project.
