The 2017 funds have all been appropriated. As in past years, there will be owners who do not follow through with the work, so there will be some funds available later in the fiscal year. I have a list of 25 homeowners who want to get on the 2018 funding. I will hold until it is voted on with the budget before sending them confirmation letters.
There are several large projects coming from the 2017 funds. Both City Hall and Convention Visitors Bureau are having sidewalk replaced which took up over $40,000. Twelve Oaks finished their project.
