Project Scope:
   FY17 City Residential/Commercial Shared-Cost Sidewalk Replacement Program. The City pays for part of the residents or commercial sidewalks. 

Project Funding:
   CIP Sales Tax

Project Funding Amount: $150,000.00

Update:
   With the new fiscal year the 2017 funds have all been appropriated. Both the 2015 and 2016 funding still have work that has not been completed as of this date. As in past years, there will be owners who do not follow through with the work, so there will be some funds available later in the fiscal year. There are several large projects coming from the 2017 funds. Both City Hall and Convention Visitors Bureau are having sidewalk replaced which took up over $40,000. Twelve Oaks has already been appropriated $20,000 of curbs replaced with 2017 funds as well.
